Hi everyone and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! If you didn’t see my Saturday post, please take a peek at it here, because I’d love it if you could help out one of our crafting bloggers.
This week we are getting ready for the Pink by Design Stamp Release. We are scheduled to release on Friday the 15tg & all week long and next we will be having Sneak Peeks. You can find sneak peeks on the Pink by Design blog, and there’s even a challenge being hosted over there with a free digi file.
I am sneaking the stamp set called Lucky today- with a couple cute projects. I also used the NEW DCWV Glitzy Glitter Stack…which I LOVE!! It’s easy to cut (die cut) and it’s SOO sparkly!
For my first project I used a “POT of Gold” image from the Silhouette store. It was one simple cut, and easy to put together. Then I filled it with “GOLD” Rolos! I may have eaten a few too! Baby likes chocolate…. Then I tied it with some grosgrain ribbon and added a shamrock tag, shadowed by the glitter shamrock.
The sentiment is from the new Lucky Half Pint set, from PBD.
My second project is for a teacher- I used the box I designed here, minus the k-cup holder on the inside. Then I filled it with Skittles (rainbow) and Rolos (gold).
I sparkled it up with the DCWV Glitzy paper, and added a paper doily. These things are SO cheap (in the cake decorating area) and add so much elegance to a project!
Then I tied some super pretty ribbon from 3 Girl Jam in Sunflower & Mistletoe.
The sentiment is from the PBD Half Pint Lucky, and I matted it with some more Glitzy paper from DCWV — I think the gold Glitzy paper is my favorite!
That’s it for my LUCKY projects today- hope you liked them…and I am SURE the recipients of these gifts are going to LOVE them, because they are filled with CANDY!!!
Have a great Monday everyone!!
