Hi everyone and Happy Thursday! Hope you are all having a great week! Today, I have a pretty little card using the same stack I used in yesterday’s post- the new DCWV Delightful Stack. It’s so pretty, I can’t get enough of it!
I used a cutting file found in the Silhouette store by Lori Whitlock. I promise I don’t try to use her files all of the time, I just choose what I like and when I go to type up what I’ve used 9 times out of 10 it is a file by her. (oops!)
I LOVE Hot Air Balloons- and I dream of one day taking a hot air balloon ride. But, even if you don’t dream of that seeing a hot air balloon is sure to make anyone smile.
I used the Cuttlebug Charlie Folder to emboss the clouds- aren’t they sweet? I used the back of the DCWV patterned paper to get the slightly off-white for the clouds and the stripes on the balloon.
I decided to emboss a sentiment on the left hand side- I used 2 of my favorite things- the Pink by Design Bracketful stamp set and Zing! embossing powder in butter. This is a must have color for embossing powders, because it’s nice and soft and goes with so much. I love it!
I added some Queen & Co pearls to the basket too– 🙂
Have a great Thursday everyone and don’t forget to link up with us HERE. Oh, and don’t forget to come back tomorrow for a free Print & Cut file perfect for Valentine’s Day!!
Baby News! I am 24 weeks, which means 16 weeks to go!! Feeling good- not craving chocolate any more, and the smell of coffee doesn’t make me sick any more. 🙂
I had a couple sad/emotional days- and my jeans don’t fit any longer. But, that’s all part of it and I have so much to be grateful for – including getting to see baby on the ultrasound next Monday!!
I think I’ve decided on a stroller and I found a diaper bag yesterday 🙂
Here’s a pic of me at my craft desk that Mr. Pink custom made for me – I should totally do a video on it sometime!
Love the card….and the baby belly!
Thanks for sharing and inspiring with a card…. but thanks for sharing your baby belly and a corner of your desk… would love to see more of both! Thanks 🙂 Kathi
