Hi everyone and Happy Monday!
I’ve been playing with the latest DCWV Christmas stacks- and they are ALL so YUMMY! But, today I wanted to share a couple projects I made with The Evergreen Stack found at Joann’s.
I love the traditional and cheery colors in this stack- plus all of the foiling is so PRETTY!
The first thing I made was an ornament, because I love good ol’ fashioned paper ornaments. I used my Lifestyle Crafts ornament die to cut out 4 ornament shapes, and then, scored in half. I adhered all 4 pieces together to make a quick 3d ornament. I used the Red & Green damask patterned paper. When that was all done, I decided to add another layer, using the nesting circle shape, and the JOY patterned paper. I used pop dots, to layer on top of the ornament sides to give pretty dimension.
Yep…that’s the Charlie Brown tree. I bought it for Mr. Pink a couple years ago- and it was the only Christmas decoration I could access easily for a quick pic! 🙂
With Christmas, comes gift-giving. So, I thought I’d make a quick, inexpensive gift for co-workers, kids, teachers, neighbors, bus drives, or the mail person. 🙂
I made an anti-bacterial holder using more festive paper from the Evergreen stack and the coordinating card stock.
I also used the Everyday Banners Stamp set, and this month’s stamp of the month “Black Friday”. I used CTMH ink in Cranberry and Ponderosa Pine
Shhh! I stole this antibacterial from my purse–but, I promise I’ll put a full one in it before I gift it 😉
So….which would you like to see a video on? The ornament or the Antibacterial holder?
