Christmas Card

Hi everyone and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! We had a busy one, filled with family, the apple orchard, and I almost think that it should be required for us to get Monday’s off to recuperate from the weekend! HA!

Also, a quick reminder that this Thursday is when our mastercrafters will be linking up their projects 🙂 in order to link up your projects you will need to have a URL for the picture- whether it’s on your blog or If its been uploaded to photobucket. Photobucket will give you a URl for the picture 🙂

Anyway, since it is October now, and Christmas is less than 2 months away- I thought I’d share a sweet and easy little Christmas card, that you could totally make in bulk.

I used kraft cardstock, and then stamped the mitten image from Peace on Earth, as well as the sentiment from the same stamp set- on a small 2 inch square. I layered coordinating cardstock and then adhered it to the bottom right. Some, crinkle ribbon really dresses up the card- and that’s it! 🙂

Super easy! How about you? Have you started thinking about or making your Christmas cards yet?

  • I love your Christmas card! So sweet! I always forget to use craft cardstock and how much I like it until I see a project like yours – I need to go pull some out! We don’t do “traditional” Christmas cards – we do a silly comedic themed kind of thing every year. Last year was a “magazine” (just a paper printed in landscape and folded in half -so a short magazine) called “Evie Beat” (Evie is our mini dachshund). The year before was a Play Bill (like you get at a broadway show) So we put the new things about our family and the goofiest pictures we have taken over the year in it and it is kind of fun. Have a Happy Monday – I’m excited to see everyone’s projects for Master Crafter! Sorry I wrote so much on your blog post!
