A Card & a Layout

Happy Monday and it’s a LUCKY Monday because I have 2 projects for you!! Woohoo!! A card for you card-lovers, and a Layout for you layout lovers! Speaking of Cards vs. Layouts- which do you make more often?  Are you strictly a card-maker or strictly a layout maker?

Here’s a layout I made of my little guy- these pictures are from last Fall- look how cute he is-  I could seriously just eat him up! 🙂 (why do we say that, by the way? I wouldn’t REALLY eat him up…)

I used my favorite kraft cardstock (Bazzil) and the Echo Park This & That and a little Hello Summer.  I am so addicted to putting star shapes on boy layouts lately- I was glad this collection came with a few!  Ps. My son is totally HANDSOME, CHARMING & AWESOME! 🙂

The tan and white chevron is not from these collections and I am THINKING that it’s a sheet from the Fancy Pants Country Boutique collection.   See those awesome arrows?  Those are from Instantly and the This is Life is from This is Life   This is Life is in stock now and shipping but, Instantly sold out in record time, and should be in stock soon! 😉

Alright, are you ready for a card?  This card is one of those twist open cards- where the middle kind of twists when you open it. I used Hello Summer by Echo Park for the paper and the sentiment is from Small Things which was January Stamp of the Month-   (Did you know that when you are a stamp of the month member, you get the old stamp of the months for only 14.99?)

Of course, I had to add some BLING!  🙂
