Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!
I hope everyone got to spend a little time, a big hug and maybe a little kiss with their Valentine yesterday. I know I did- I spent the whole day with my sweet husband, who surprised me with the Cowboy Boots I have been wanting so badly!
(ps. if you want your own–the link above takes you to them)
Here they are—just looking at them makes me so happy! 🙂 I wore them all day- and just kept looking at them!
The kids also showered me with love, hugs and kisses- and they loved finding all of the hidden Valentines and candy I left for them. My daughter made me a little 10 things I love about you book, a card and my son picked out a card for me that had a Best Mom pin for me to wear 🙂 They showed one another how much their love too- by giving each other homemade cards and candy.
Here’s the Chocolate heart my son gave to my daughter– It brings so much joy to my heart to see this.
Okay… how about a project?!
Today I wanted to share a little card I made using the print and cut feature on the Silhouette as well as a sentiment from the Pink by Design To the Moon stamp set– I LOVE THIS SET- it’s a must have!
(ps. we only have 3 in stock right now–so if you are thinking about it–you should do it!)
Don’t you just love that sentiment? So…this card is for my sweet husband who thought enough of me to take the kids to pick out sweet gifts and cards for me–and showed my pinterest board to the Boot Store to be sure he got the right boots for me. I am a lucky girl. 🙂
Ps. We have always loved going on picnics together- when we dated, and when we had children as a family– it’s always the perfect activity.
Oh- and the DCWV Stack winner from last Wednesday is Kayla L. who said:
|That is so cute, she did a really good job! I’m trying to get my four year old niece into scrap booking with me. I created a toilet paper mini album I’m hoping she can just help me pick out which photos and stickers to use on each page!|
