Hi everyone and Happy Sunday!
Today, I am participating in a super fun hop for Emily from Create Serendipity’s birthday– Emily is a super-talented girl- who is on the Pink by Design Team. You should have just come here from Erin Lee Creative- but, if you didn’t and you’d like to start from the beginning please click the button below!
For this hop, I wanted to do a fun little card set- and I knew I wanted to make the box look like an old school boom box! Remember those??
Here’s the box I came up with! I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut this rectangle explosion type box, to put the cards in. I then downloaded a cute Boom Box svg to put on the front. When the SVG was all put together, I cut it apart towards the top- so one part could go on the lid–and one part could go on the box.
Here’s a close-up of the tag 🙂 I used the Pink by Design I love the 80’s Stamp Set
Are you ready to see the cards that are in it?
Okay…here we go!
All the paper cuts are from the same SVG site, I linked above–and all of the Stamped Sentiments are from the Pink by Design I Love the 80’s Stamp Set.
First, I flashbacked to the Atari days!
Remember those checkered Vans? So Tubular!! Gotta LOVE the 80’s!
Can’t remember the 80’s without Pac-Man! My son, thought this little ghost looked like an octopus!
and FINALLY— Who you gonna call? GHOSTBUSTERS!
That’s it for my project– I hope you liked it! I will be giving away one of those GNARLY I love the 80’s Stamp Set to one lucky Commenter below! 🙂
Your next stop is Dawn from Dawn’s Design That Delight!
Have fun hopping!
