20 days til Halloween!

It seems my kids change their mind about 100x before Halloween gets here, on what they want to be.

My daughter has wanted to be Pocahontas, a Snow Princess, Tinkerbelle, Ariel, and Audrey Hepburn– My son, thought he wanted to be Captain America, then Bumblee from the Transformers–and finally Spiderman.  It’s a gamble just to finally buy their costume–wondering if it’s really ‘the one.’

Spiderman is ordered- and Pocahontas has been purchased– so we shall see.  I know this–my kids LOVE to play dress-up!

So…my question is…do you have your Halloween cards and projects started? Done?

Here are a few of my favorite projects from last year:

The witch shoes are from Happy Hauntings, and the x’s are from a Recollections border punch.  BEST WITCHES comes from the A Haunting We Will Go Stamp Set!

This treat bag was also made with that same stamp set… the video on how to make these bags, can be found by clicking the picture! 🙂

I also made these fun badges last year for the kids to wear and give out!

And finally a welded pumpkin card, with 2 darling spiders dropping down from the side.

All of these projects have 1 thing in common, I used A Haunting we will Go on each of them–which means that is the Stamp set we are featuring today on Stamptastic Tuesday along with a couple other Halloween sets, to get you ready for the crazy candy day!

Here’s the Deal!!

Haunting       Cute Halloween       Guess Who
   $15.99                  $12.99                    $14.99

What Halloween costumes have you made or bought this year?

  • I don’t anything started for Halloween. I have some ideas. Going to a crop on the 23th so I will make the class treats then. I seem to work better under pressure. I am always doing these things at the last minute.

  • This year we have a black kitty and a Darth Vader. I even bought a light saber that I have to paint red… The real light saber toy was $30, I figure red paint only costs a couple of dollars. Ive made quite a few ghostly creations. My favorite was layering the haunted house on Enjoy The Seasons, now I just need a card base…lol.
    BOO to you,
    Dawn RI

  • I have started, I love Halloween. I made candy bowls/vinyl deco, I made pumpkins with napkins/vinyl, I made some treat boxes (pillow boxes), and other shapes boxes. I am all about Halloween – he he he.

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  • I’ve made treat pillow boxes for the grands…. my costume is finished and I’m going to be the Wicked Witch of the West, my hubs is going to be a Flying Monkey. Provided he is home and not out of town…
