Hello Everyone!
Are you ready for another Design Team Friday?
This week the Design Team is honoring the Armed Forces. Armed Forces Day is Saturday the 21st. The day was created in 1949 to honor Americans serving in the five U.S. military branches – the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard – following the consolidation of the military services in the Department of Defense. It was intended to replace the separate Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Days, but the separate days are still observed, especially within the respective services.
I love those that put their lives on the line for our protection of freedom, justice and our happiness. It is wonderful that we have brave military personnel who serve us each day!!
Thank You from all of us!

Wonderful job everyone…as always!
Thanks for sharing. We can never thank those who have served and are currently serving enough for their sacrifice. Also a special thank you to the spouses who sacrifice too. Did it for 22 years and wouldn’t trade that experience for anything. A Bunch of special people who don’t get enough thanks! Here’s to you guys!! God Bless
Great job everyone!
These are so great! I am sad that I can’t post my
Project 🙁
Amazing jobs y’all! Every thing is just fantastic! I was in Walmart the other day, in my little electric cart, and saw an airman, so I waited till he got close, stood up, stuck out my hand and said Thank You. He just sort of looked at me…I smiled, and he said ‘Oh, ok, thanks!” Surprised I guess. Just a simple little thing, but we should all be saying thanks to our young people who are making the great sacrifice. And these creations are one great way to do that. Thanks y’all.
Hugs, Jessica
Really terrific projects. Thank-you for honoring our military.
This is fantastic! As a retired military wife I still get weepy eyed when the heroism of the Armed Service members is recognized. Thank you so very much.
Fabulous cards! I love love the stamp set, hop to get it one day! My grandfather and brother were in the service and my uncle still is. I thank you god each day for them and for there service so I can live in a free country. It drives me crazy when I see ‘citizens’ of this country disregard and/or disrepect anyone who has or is serving and protecting our country so they can live the lives they have.
All of these are really great. It so nice that the DT members took the time to create projects to honor our military. If anyone is overworked and under-appreciated, it’s them. I am so thankful for those who make the conscious decision to enter the armed forces and to give of themselves so willingly, especially in dangerous times like we live in now. Thank you ladies, for your wonderful work.
