Though, I do find myself putting off layouts- I have (for this moment in time) overcome my procrastination–and made some layouts this week!!
(winners from last week are at the bottom of this post)
Here is one of the layouts I did- using the DCWV Tradewinds Stack.
This is from a family trip to the Marblehead Lighthouse in Ohio.
This stack makes it easy to make a simple but elegant looking layout.
I cut out a couple of the keys from the DCWV Tradewinds stack for some embellishing-
I added a keyhole pin, that I picked up from my LSS- I thought it was perfect for this layout!
I stamped the sentiment “You hold the key to my heart,” from the Love Always stamp set
I added a tag, that I inked with Tim Holtz distressing ink, glimmer mist as well as scissor distressing it. I added the sentiment from Pink by Design Enjoy the Journey and some Blueberry Divine Twine This tiny little key from 7gypsies tied with Divine Twine, was the perfect touch over the journal mat that was stamped by the Damask Background Stamp.
How about you all– have you done any layouts lately??
Don’t forget that you still have time to enter the giveaway from yesterday! 🙂
And–before I forget again…the winners from last week are:

I just saw this paper stack! I love your layout- its perfect! I have only done a hand full of layouts 12 x 12 size. I find them intimidating. I have completed one 8 x 8 album from our trip to Disneyland but thats all. Maybe they will be less intimidating in time! Thank you for sharing!
