Happy Sunday!
This weekend marked my daughter’s first game of Soccer of the season. Β This is only her 2nd season playing- and she loves it!
Last season, I made a shirt to wear to her games- in the same color of her team, and she loved that I was wearing a shirt that had her name on it!
You can find that post HERE, with a video and everything! π
Well, here is this years shirt, that I made just an hour before her game! π
I used Black, White and Pink iron-on vinyl from Expressions Vinyl, and I used A Child’s Year font, and Boys will be Boys for the Soccer ball π
She is #4 again this year- so I layered that on top of the soccer ball. Β I cut the vinyl in layers, just like I would do paper- and then ironed on the first layer, and then the second and third layers! π
It turned out to be an absolutely beautiful weekend here- and we’ve spent most of our time outdoors π
Alexis even scored a goal during the 1st game of the season!! Woohoo!
Pink socks, black and pink cleats… wonder who’s kid this little girl belongs to? BTW.. The shirt is so cute!… Nice Job Soccer Mom!
what an awesome shirt you made…..good luck this season
Awesome shirt! I’m a soccer mom (and wife) too…but I think my 11yo boy would be a little embarassed to have his mom wear a shirt just for him (*sigh* he is SO growing up).
Love her pink socks and black/pink cleats! π WTG, Alexis! Hope it’s a great season for you!
Your shirt is awesome!!!! I have to check out that vinyl!!!! TFS
YAY for Alexis!!! She looks adorable in her pink socks. Your “Soccer Mom” shirt is awesome. TFS
