A Quick & Easy Notebook

Happy Thursday!  This week is really flying by for me– It seems like there has been something to do every single night–so I am ready for a nice quiet weekend! 🙂

(Does that ever happen w/ 2 little kiddos?)

Anyway– I have another super-fun project today using that same kit–and it looks completely different than my other 2 projects with it–which will show you exactly how versatile this kit is!

Remember this kit is from Tally Scrapper

For today’s project- I made a little notebook- because my 5 year old daughter loves to write notes and draw little pictures all of the time.

So, this little book- was put together, by cutting and scoring the cherry cardstock in the middle to make it wrap around the notebook.

Before adding the red and gingham cardstock- I adhered Cherry Divine Twine around the book, so it would have a little closure.  I think it gives it the perfect touch!

The thickers letters came in the kit as well- and my daughter loves anything with her name on it!   The scroll work at the bottom is stamped from the Pink by Design Vintage Stamp set.

And, here is the inside- a little pink notebook, I picked up a set of 5 of these at the Dollar Tree– can’t beat that!

Ps. Anyone can make these little notebooks– because I just used that super strong adhesive that you buy in a roll- no book binder or yourstory required 🙂

Also–exciting news- our new Pink by Design releases- that were just released 6 days ago- are ALL shipped!  Yep– if you ordered-they are on their way!!! 🙂
