A Challenge

I try to participate in Challenges on other blogs as often as I can–and since I was feeling particularly motivated on a Monday– I decided I better take advantage of it!!

I did this card for the Wacky Wednesday Challenge at More than Favors

Paula’s challenge was to use the colors: white, turquoise and red. Once, I started with this color theme–I couldn’t stop!

So, I will post a similar color scheme tomorrow!

From my Kitchen Cricut Cartridge ( I couldn’t wait to use this $13 cartridge, I scooped up from Papercrafting Pro)
Post-it Craft Paper (I love, love, love this stuff–it cuts SO beautifully in the Expression!)
K& Co patterened paper
Cherry and Aqua Divine Twine from Pink by Design (YUMMY!)
white gelly roll pen
Pink by Design, Be Mine Stamp Set
Embossing Powder

So– what challenges have you entered lately?  Or do you have a challenge on your blog?

Let us know–in the comment section!

  • Love the card, great job. Cool sentiment. thanks for sharing.
I just did several challenges, the Imagination Monday Challenge, the Flaunt it Friday’s weekly challenge, and The crafting with ristina challenge. I just love challenges, even if I don’t win most of the time, they still inspire me to create.

  • I have a entry for Imagine Nation Mon.& for Pink design stamp team as soon as dtr. gets my camera back, left in her car last Sat.tryed using phone camera. couldn’t get it to work.
TFS That card is the cutest ever.

  • My challenge is a weekly one – making a card each week with the Card Lifters over at the Fiskateer Blog. It is always fun scraplifting new techniques and working outside my crafting comfort zone 🙂
Please, everyone come and drop by, the Fiskateers are a fun group and there is always something happening on the message board and the gallery is filled with crafty inspiration!!!

  • Sarah!!!! I absolutely love this card! Great job! And the twine is YUMMY!!! I get paid next week and I think I will have to purchase the sampler! Thanks for joining the Wacky Wednesday Challenge over at More Than Favors!

    Happy Crafting

  • Love the card great job as usual! I hav eentered Emma’s Imasgination Monday challenge Sernith scrapers Layout challenge and also have joined a swap over at Serenity Scrapers of eachand need to creat 30 cards ( 3 designs 10 each) in the next 2 weeks That is a real challenge for me.

  • Can you stop making that twine look so good….I just can’t spend any extra money right now…saving for vacation. Designers really make that hard to do. LOL! THank you for sharing, the project looks awesome.

  • What a clever card! I did the More Than Favors by Paula Wacky Wednesday Challenge too. It was my very first and aside from learning how to use my camera to download/upload (first time for that too), I had a lot of fun and satisfaction in creating something which I’d be proud to have my name attached. I’d like to do more challenges – is there some place online that gives one a list of who’s sponsoring these? Can anyone recommend a few?

  • Very cute card! I don’t have a challenge on mu blog but I am a designer on 2 challenge blogs: Fatabulous Cricut Challenge Blog and Flaunt It Fridays. I also love to participate in challenges: Throwback Thursdays with Emma and Peachy Keen Stamps. There are so many new challenges that are showing up this year that it is really hard to keep up!

  • Such a cute card!!!! I got me a few carts from PCP too…love their prices! I wanted to participate in that challenge, but ran out of time. I have participated in the last 3 Flaunt it Fridays challenges though…which is really good for me! I’d like to participate more, but time goes by way too fast! TFS

  • Sarah this is so adorable! I love it would have never thought to use that stamp with the BBQ pit! Thanks for the inspiration, and yes I think that Twine is yummy delicious LOL I need to get some ASAP!
