Yourstory Hop

Yay– it is finally time for the YourStory Hop–and we have a great lineup of ladies who are ready to show you what they’ve created with their YourStory Machines!

First of all, thank you so much for joining us on your weekend– to hop along and look at the projects!  I hope you find something that brightens your day, inspires you, or makes you smile!

The Yourstory Photo came out last month–and is the cutest little thing–that helps you make amazingly fast and easy books! I just can’t say enough good things about this fun little machine!

And, if you missed the premier on HSN…no worries they still have it online, and they will be airing the YourStory Photo Dec 13 at 2am EST (that’s 1am CST and 12:00 MST).

Okay, For my YourStory project- I took the opportunity to use all those yummy recipes I’ve been working on to make a little Christmas Recipe Book.  I also put my Imagine Kate’s Kitchen to good use too!

Now onto the Blog Candy!

Provocraft has generously donated this Blue Cuttlebug with Tool Kit – What a perfect Christmas gift that would make for one lucky hopper! (entries will be taken from all of the stops on the hop)

and I am giving away a set of 5 Embossing Folders to another lucky winner!

All you have to do to enter- is be a follower and leave me a comment telling me what you would make with the YourStory Machine! For the Cuttlebug I will compile all the comments from all the blogs on the hop, and use random.org to choose a winner!

That’s it– easy peasy!

Now, here is the rest of the hop for you to visit–

  • Hi there! I love your recipe book idea! Keep the cool projects coming, and thanks for the opportunity to win the Cuttlebug!

  • Hi – This is such a cute idea. We also got a yourstory from HSN when it debuted. Love it. I’ve only made one picture album with it but would love to see more ideas for picture albums! Thanks for the bloghop and also for the opportunity to win. I would love the cuttlebug folders as I already have a cuttlebug, but should I be lucky enough to win the cuttlebug, I have a dear friend who loves to use mine and I’d gift it to her:) Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and yours!

    • Duh, it is early and my husband is in the hospital so forgive the addendum. I love this machine as I can make personalized books for our grandson who lived two hours away. I also thought of making a recipe book for each of my kids to take with them when they get their own apartments 🙂

Thanks again for a chance at this wonderful blog candy.

      Happy Scrappin’

I want to make recipe books for my sister, mom & older son (he says he’s going to do some cooking when he gets back from Afghanastan). Thanks for sharing your cute littl project!

  • I have the YourStory but have been a bit aftraid to use it. After seeing this I need to get it out and start playing. The recipe book is a great idea too. Thanks for the chance to win a great prize.

  • That recipe book is so cute. I would love to use the YourStory machine to create photobooks for the parents of each of the children in my preschool class. I take so many pictures of the kids during the year and I usually give them to the parents in an envelope at the end of the year. It would be so much nicer to make them into a little book!

Thanks for the chance to win the blue cuttlebug! It matches my Expression!

  • Thanks so much for doing a blog hop for the Your Story photo! I got one as a gift and used it for the first time today. Loving it!

  • I would love to get the YourStory Machine.I want to make small photo books for all of my sisters & brothers.I may steal your idea for the recipe book. Love your blog.

  • Cute recipe book! I just got a YourStory Photo and the first thing I made was a journal for my husband and then a recipe book for the Weekly Circle challenge. It is smaller than I thought it would be and I love it! Thanks for the chance to win an awesome prize and Happy Holidays!

  • LOVE the recipe book! I follow your blog under my Google ID but I don’t want to post that information publicly. The recipe book is SO cute. I got a full size Your Story during Black Friday weekend from Oh My Crafts and have no idea what I’ll make first. My daughter’s favorite color is blue though and it would be AWESOME to give her a blue Cuttlebug! Thanks for the opportunity.

  • I should totally do this for my daughters who are always taking my cookbooks for the recipes I use at home! TFS! I have the larger YS and should put it to use instead of keeping it in it’s box!
