First things first–the WINNER of the WINTER FUN stamp set from FRIDAY is….
Connie, who said: Once again I ‘ooh’ and ‘ahh’ over the cards/scrapbook pages. They are MORE than AWESOME! Favorite winter memory? Hubby making ‘snow’ ice cream….:O)
Congratulations Connie!! Just send an email to sarah@pinkcricut.com with your address so I can get those to you!! 🙂
Now onto our project for today!
It seems that aluminum water bottles are all the rage–so when I saw some at the Dollar Tree–I picked them up, knowing I would take my Cricut and some vinyl to them!
I have successfully decorated all 3 water bottles, that I bought–so, it looks like I will be heading back to the Dollar Tree!
What a great idea. I think I’m off to Dollar Tree to get the kids their bottles to take to school.
Great idea! TFS!
Awesome!!! I wonder if MY $ store has these… super cute idea!
that is soooo cool!! I have never seen how vinyl was cut and then transferred. Thanks for showing me something new today 🙂 Very cute by the way.
I just made some of these for my kids b-days…you can check my sons out here http://lovelifecrafts.blogspot.com/2010/07/camp-survival-kit-and-challenge.html

Another GREAT idea! It is made out of vinyl, right? Would love to try my hand at this.
PS – Thanks for picking me as the winner of the stamp set. You’ve got mail!
I made some of these for a craft show I’m doing, I did football, soccer, dance, hockey, pricess, and dinosaur. I cut the word out and then did one ball, princess crown, dinosaur, etc. on each bottle. They are so fun to make!!
I have been waiting to make these! I am going to order the ones from the FlyLady though because hers keep drinks cold for a REALLY long time. I have been designing them in my head for a couple weeks now, lol. My kiddo will love taking hers to school. Hmmm..great minds must think alike:)
If you post the pics on facebook tag Learning The Cricut so everyone can see them. Great job!
Do you have to use a special kind of vinyl?
Where do I sign up for your mailing list?
hey, nice blog…really like it and added to bookmarks. keep up with good work
Great idea! Just make sure the bottles that you are using are safe… Some aluminum water bottles have harmful BPA chemicals in them, so watch out!
