Hi everyone and Happy Monday!! I have some GREAT news!! My Gypsy is fixed, and good to go–so watch out for some fun new Gypsy made projects in the near future—gotta get my new carts on it now! Gotta load them into Cricut Craft Room first, so that I can have them on both CCR and my Gypsy!
Anyway, today I have a fun card to share with you- that I made from a free file from my friend Lisa, over at Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons (the link takes you directly to the free file!). Anyway, she has this cute free snow globe file–and my little guy LOVES snow globes, so I knew I would have to make a card with it!
The penguin comes from the Silhouette store- and I thought he was perfect to go inside the snow globe.
And…you can’t have a snow globe without “snow” -so I used liquid glass and Martha Stewart coarse glitter to highlight one of the snow hills and the top of the other one. Then, I put a few ‘dots’ of liquid glass for the snow falling down!
The sentiment comes from Winter Fun from PBD- and the red/white bakers twine is from Paptertrey Ink. All Paper is from the new DCWV Christmas cardstock and Arctic Wishes stacks.
That’s it for today- have a great Monday everyone!!
Oh, and go swipe the free file- because it will only be free til Friday!
