Paris Desk Set

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!  Today, I have a project I actually did last year for Provocraft.

Unfortunately, all of the pieces have been lost in transit- so I won’t be able to add them to my craft room now… but, I did want to show them to you!

I used the Summer in Paris cartridge and the Cindy Loo cartridge for all the cuts. I used Square 1 for the cuts on the lamp and pencil holder.

I made a dry erase memo board with a multi-picture frame that I picked up at Target in the clearance section.

I also made a matching pencil holder- using one that I had just laying around my craft room. These doily type cuts were from Cindy Loo. The post-it pad holder, was made with an acrylic picture frame.

The lamp, I picked up at Hobby Lobby, using a 40% off coupon, and then decorated it with Square 1.  Square 1 worked great on the fabric shade, and was easy to place, since it wasn’t as ‘sticky’ as regular vinyl.  I welded the flourishes to make them long enough for the lamp.

I bound and decorated a quick notebook using the balloon from Summer in Paris.

A complete desk set- perfect for a teenager, a college student- or whoever. 🙂

It really is sad, that I won’t see this again– but, at least I got a chance to show you! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of the week!

  1. We just redecorated my daughters room in a Paris theme and have been looking for some “thrifty” decorations. Thanks for sharing.

  2. This set is soooo cute and my 11 year old is dying for a paris themed room – we have been bidding on summer in paris cartridges all summer trying to win one in our budget! I can’t wait to show her all of your beautiful pieces – thanks for the inspiration!!
