DCWV Giveaway & Teacher Project
This week was my 1st grader’s teacher’s birthday–so we made her a little ‘gift.’
Here’s what we used- the new DCWV Carnival Stack (which I LOVE!), the DCWV Chalked Up mat stack (which is a MUST!) and the Pink by Design Sweet Grams stamp set.
What I love about the Sweet Grams stamp set- is it allows you to make everyday candy into a beautiful, yummy gift!
First you will need to take a sheet of solid cardstock- and cut it to 7 x 9 5/8 inches.
Score the long side at 4 1/8 & 5 1/2 – fold on the score lines.
This will make a ‘book’ the perfect size for a box of WHOPPERS!!
Then using printed card stock, stamps, chalkboard paper and chalk- decorate your book! I like how it looks like a chalkboard on the front of the book.
You can use a repositionable adhesive to adhere the Whoppers straight to the card stock back and binding.
Don’t forget to decorate the ‘spine.’
That’s it- Easy Peasy- and a quick way to make a Whopper of a Gift! 
(and if you make the cuts ahead of time- it’s easy enough for a 1st grader to put together)

Also love that there is another chalkboard cardstock i must get my hands on, I saw the mat stack this week at Michaels but it wasn’t where it was supposed to be and I already had playtime from DCWV and didn’t give it a second look, now I wish I would have bought it.
