Happy Friday!!
(Beware-there are a lot of pics in this post)
Today is the Valentine Party at Alexis’ school- My son’s preschool class is not having a Valentine’s party- but we were told if we wanted to send in Valentine’s we could- so of course we did! Valentine’s Day is too much fun to ignore. 🙂
So, here are the things the kids are taking to school today:
Goodie Bags for the 1st graders- I made the bag toppers with Lori Whitlock’s SVG- but instead of cutting it out in pieces- I used the pieces and colored them in with my Silhouette program- print them out and then cut them! Â So fast, easy and FUN! Â Oh, and I added the words with the Silhouette program too!
In the bags are the sucker lips you saw in this post.
I will also be helping throw the Valentine’s Party- so I made a ton of these little owl bodies- and the 1st graders will glue on their bellies, eyes and beaks- then they’ll put a piece of candy in them to take home with them. These were svgs also from Lori Whitlock. The file has black circles for the eyes- but instead of using another tiny piece- I thought the kids could draw the eyes on 🙂
Here are Jaxen’s bags for his classmates- I just changed the wording
Inside his bags we also added the Crayon Hearts we made with melted crayons in the silicone heart shaped muffin pan. Â I printed the square valentines off from here.
Alexis will be talking this little tissue type box full of Smarties for her teacher- Her teacher will pull back the tab on the top, just like a box of kleenexes. The paper is from Echo Park Yours Truly, and the sentiment is from one of my favorite stamp sets EVER--Pink by Design Sweet Grams –
The tissue box is a Lori Whitlock file as well–who is this magical woman?! 😉
Alexis will also be taking in M&M sticks to her classmates, teachers, principal and bus driver. These were print and cut files form Aala’K in the Silhouette store
Here are a few others she will be taking- files by Samantha Walker. We personalized the ones to teachers, bus drivers, and the principal using the PBD Our Teachers stamp set! Â It’s a great set to have and use to remind these important people how much we appreciate them!
Wow!! Busy lady!!! These are all really cute!
