Baby Card and Free File Friday

Baby Card and Free File Friday

Hi Everyone and Happy Friday!

I am hoping, that my Friday is a Snow Day!  I am feeling pretty certain we will at least have a delay, which will be our first of the year- since our Winter has been so mild.  The snow continues to fall here, and making everything so white, glistening and pretty! It’s like bling for the yard and trees!

This picture was taken at 11:30 pm- and it’s still coming down.

Okay–Today- I want to share a baby card I made, using the SVG set, that will be this week’s Free File.

I wanted to make a baby card that was not traditional pastel baby colors.  So, I used My Mind’s Eye Stell & Rose 6×6 pack, for the cuts and card background.  I added a sentiment from Pink by Design Big Thoughts, and used Tim Holtz embossing ink and Embossing powder in butter.  The card measures 5×5.

Okay- are you ready for the Free File this week? It’s a good one!!

This week’s Free File Friday is from Kristy at Scraptastical Kreations- which is an SVG store, with super cute files! She also has a Facebook page if you want to check it out- say hi or tell her thanks for the cute files :)

Aren’t those cute?? I used the baby bottle from this set- and you can download this set FREE- at Scraptastical Kreations by clicking on the image above and using this exclusive code when you checkout:  PBD12

Just add it to your cart, put in the code- and Voila- free!! Be sure to take a look at her other files too!

Can’t wait to see what you make with these files!

  2. This turned out SO cute, Sarah!!! I love how you used “non-traditional” colors. It’s perfect!! I’m so glad you like this set, and I hope all your friends will too! A snow day would def be nice! I was hoping for one, but our schools here don’t even do a delay unless their is about 16 inches on the ground, literally! We haven’t gotten as much snow as you yet, though. : )
