Peanut, Peanut Butter…

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! Hope you have all been having a FANTASTIC week!   It’s been a busy but good one here! I mentioned in my last YouTube video, that we have started eating clean in our household.  This started with me, and trickles to everyone living here because I am the mom. So, anyway- one of our favorite things is peanut butter, but so many companies add sugar or salt or a million other things.  Even the “Natural” brands aren’t always good either.  I am really wanting to be aware of what is going into my body and the bodies of my family. So, I picked up some unsalted peanuts today at the grocery store and decided we would make our own peanut butter, together. Here’s me and Grayson “Gru” leaving the grocery store. (side note: his middle name is not Gru– this is something Jaxen started calling him when he was a baby…and it stuck) Making the peanut butter is SIMPLE- I have done it before with the older kids, but they didn’t remember at all.  So, if you have kids remember to do fun projects when they’re old enough to remember or be prepared to do them at least twice, once being when they are 9 or so!
